Sherlock Holmes and The Valley of Fear is the fourth Sherlock Holmes novel written by ser Arthur Doyle and was published in 1915 by George H. Doran Company. the story takes us to 1888 when Holmes and Watson recive and encrypted message by a man called Porlock who is an associate of Holmes rival, Professor Moriarty, the message warns Holmes of danger to a man called Douglas, and so Holmes is dragged to a new adventure full of mystery and crime.

The time we have been in the book club has a fantastic time for us. It has helped us develop a our preferences in literature. It also helped us join as a group to resolve this mystery. Aside from all this we found a group that helped each other in every step of the way to better understand what the author is trying to communicate. We believe that book clubs could help the people that are interested in reading and it is a way to socialize parting from a common like such as a certain type of literature or styles. We would like to thank our teacher Connie and the department of english to introducing us to this amazing experience.
